Free classical music festival, Legiana Collective @ Amstelveld

On Friday, September 19, the Amstelveld will receive an irresistible musical injection when Legiana Collective performs twice (7:15 pm and 9 pm) festival KLASSIEK OP HET AMSTELVELD. Their music will resonate among the audience as surprising, vibrant interludes on the square.

Legiana Collective is a sparkling modern folk band that performs its compositions as well as enchanting traditional songs from around the world. Their trademark? The harmonious fusion of four powerful female voices, carried by warm, acoustic instrumentation. Their performances are always lively, theatrical, danceable – and infused with a pure love for sharing music.

This year, they take you on a journey through global folklore, with a special Italian touch: two fiery dancers from Italy join the group to bring the famous Tarantella to life – rich, compelling, and full of passion. We dare to predict: standing still will be impossible!
