Following the success of our last workshop and request for another one, Ania and I have decided to do one more workshop for the Curious Minds community!

In this Halloween-themed workshop, we’ll dive into the “scary” world of vulnerable and challenging conversations 🎃 Whether it's sharing something personal, expressing needs, or addressing conflict, this workshop creates a supportive space to face those fears head-on.

Through experiential exercises and group activities, we’ll explore the deeper layers of communication—vulnerability, fear of rejection, and setting boundaries. We’ll also uncover the personal stories and internal narratives that hold us back from speaking our truth.

WORKSHOP PRICE
We have decided to make this workshop a ticketed event to cover the running costs (inc. room rental, snacks and materials) and reduce no-shows and late cancellations. We have 3 ticket tiers:

2. Regular: € 15,00
3. Low income: € 5,00

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the starting time.
• We will provide materials and some refreshments (water/tea, snacks) but we would suggest that you have something to eat beforehand.
