We’re hosting another panel discussion—this one focused on a familiar challenge in data work: choosing the right metrics and getting others to believe in and use them.
It’s one thing to define what to measure. It’s another to get alignment, navigate hesitance, and make sure metrics remain relevant as things change. Even the best KPIs fall flat without buy-in. In this event, we’ll hear how different companies approach this in practice
