About the talks:
The state of Freelance Data Jobs in the fall of 2025, using dashboarding-as-code
Dashboarding-as-code, the practice of defining dashboards using code instead of solely in the UI, has become more popular in recent years. In this talk I will show the benefits of defining charts and visuals using code, while simultaneously diving into the Dutch Freelancing market for βData jobsβ over the past couple of months. We will take a look at the noticeable effects of the Dutch Tax Authority rules for false-employment/schijnzelfstandigheid in the data field, and which job titles and technologies are hot nowadays while showing the power of code for quick iterations.
