YOUR FACILITATORS

Facundo co-founded the El Juego community in Colombia at 22, two years after leaving his home in Argentina. Through this project, he manifested his passion for exploring our deepest wounds to foster new ways of human relationships.
Facundo gained recognition for his remarkable ability to navigate emotional complexity with empathy and playfulness across diverse contexts, as well as for teaching El Juego’s transformative methodology to students worldwide.

Francisco, born in 1992 in Caracas, Venezuela, is an interdisciplinary facilitator and educator who co-founded El Juego Community. His practice, a form of spiritual inquiry, integrates gestalt psychotherapy, psychodrama, ritual theatre, indigenous ceremonies, and teachings inspired by Castaneda and Gurdjieff, using the body as a medium for self-discovery through movement, narrative, and ritual. By blending traditional knowledge with contemporary approaches, he researches innovative methodologies to empower individuals to redefine their identities.
