What we’re about
Based in Amsterdam, we are the largest and coolest international community in the Netherlands. We’re a social club for Amsterdam expats with an international membership that includes both recently relocated expats and long-term residents. Our doors are open to everyone. Whether you are an expat, a Dutch who's internationally oriented, or simply a traveller passing through, you're all welcome to join our growing multicultural family.
On a weekly basis, we host a range of networking and social events at various locations in the city, where expats and locals can gather to meet interesting people, create valuable connections and foster new friendships. Our events are always conducted in a friendly and welcoming environment.
We meet up regularly to: drink & mingle at various Amsterdam hotspots, explore the city's good food with social dining, watch comedy shows and plays, go clubbing and dancing, watch and play games and sports, go on special trips and rides... and other authentic Amsterdam experiences.

We'll meet at Castricum Station (easy to reach from Amsterdam central station, with a train going every 15 minutes) and from there, set off on a relaxed, scenic walk designed for both humans and their dogs.

- Meeting Point: Castricum Station
- What to bring:
- Water and snacks
- A camera (or phone camera) if you’d like to take photos
- Comfortable walking shoes (it can be hilly)
- Sunscreen
- A good mood! 😊
Important:
You'll need a Dune Card (Duinkaart) to access the area:- €2 for a day pass
- €13.50 for a year
You can get tickets online at https://www.pwn.nl/duinkaartkopen or in person. I recommend to order them online to have a digital pass. Especially if you buy a year pass, which is highly recommended if you are planning to hike more this year.

- This is a casual, inclusive, and creative meetup — no photography experience needed.

May 19th Line-up:
Manual Wolff (DE) performs stand up in german and english in theaters, comedy clubs and corporate events. He hosts his own Comedy Club in Cologne, where he lives. After a video of his first english performance went viral, he was featured in the „laughs in translation“ documentary about Comedy around the world, as the german representative and was invited to hod a TEDX-talk about „creating world peace - one laugh at a time“.
Adi Parmar (IN) was born in India in the 90s but reborn after Lana Del Rey released the Ride music video in 2012. He has a crush on Emmanuel Macron but he doesn’t always agree with his politics. He may have ADHD but there’s a lot going on in his life right now so we can’t get into all that.
Sadaf Nazimi is an Afghan-Dutch comedian on the rise. Sadaf captivates audiences with her charming storytelling, weaving tales of her Afghan upbringing in the Netherlands, student adventures, and au pair experiences in the US. Her fresh perspective and humor leave audiences delighted and inspired.

For our next TGIF, let's hang out in one of our favourite spots in Amsterdam.
NeL is located right in the heart of the canal belt, in the charming square of the Amstelveld. Situated just behind the buzzing Rembrandtplein, it's super convenient to start here and head elsewhere to another party if you don't wish the night to end.
We have access to both indoor and outdoor space: A dedicated lounge area plus some high tables at the heated terrace. We'll hang out, share some stories, play some games, make new friends and create awesome new memories.
