About us
Based in Amsterdam, we are the largest and coolest international community in the Netherlands. We’re a social club for Amsterdam expats with an international membership that includes both recently relocated expats and long-term residents. Our doors are open to everyone. Whether you are an expat, a Dutch who's internationally oriented, or simply a traveller passing through, you're all welcome to join our growing multicultural family.
On a weekly basis, we host a range of networking and social events at various locations in the city, where expats and locals can gather to meet interesting people, create valuable connections and foster new friendships. Our events are always conducted in a friendly and welcoming environment.
We meet up regularly to: drink & mingle at various Amsterdam hotspots, explore the city's good food with social dining, watch comedy shows and plays, go clubbing and dancing, watch and play games and sports, go on special trips and rides... and other authentic Amsterdam experiences.

THANK GØD IT'S FRIDAY @ The Winston (Weekend Drinks & Hangout)
Belushi's, Warmoesstraat 129, Amsterdam, NH, NLFor our next TGIF, we'll be returning to The Winston aka Belushi's.
The spacious venue has a restaurant, bar, as well as a garden and pool table. It is right smack in the city centre. Super convenient to start here and head elsewhere to another party if you don't wish the night to end.
The venue will be offering Happy Hour drink deals all night long only for our members. This includes:

🌸 Blossoms Viewing 🌸 @ Amsterdamse Bos
Amstelveen Bus Station, 1181 ZS Amstelveen, Amstelveen, NLCelebrate spring with us under the blooming cherry blossoms in Amsterdamse Bos! 🌷 We’ll enjoy a morning of nature and socializing. This event is in collobaration with the Hike & Pictures.
### 🗓️ Schedule (approximate)
- 09:30 – 10:15: Meet at the Amstelveen Bus station ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/nxh2BMXAhy1JgxXR6 ), Explore the cherry blossom trees and get the pictures 🌸 We will ask the boswachter if we are allowed to go with a bigger group, otherwise we make smaller groups and go separately.
- 10:15 – 11:00: Scenic walk through the park (less than 1 hour) 🌿
- 11:00 – 12:30: If the weather allows it, we could do a Picnic/brunch under the blossoms or a nearby spot if it's too crowded🧺🥐

- If it’s not picnic-friendly, we’ll still enjoy the scenic walk and move brunch to a nearby indoor spot instead. You can also make own plans with people you meet.

- 1 week before the event, we’ll finalize the exact day to ensure the best weather. Possibilities are Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, but Sunday has priority!
- If it’s not picnic-friendly, we’ll still enjoy the scenic walk and move brunch to a nearby indoor spot instead.

After the cleanup, we’ll be welcomed at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, where we can enjoy a drink together ☕
This time you can choose *between two options* when we meet:
🌿 *Collect trash as usual*, just like our regular cleanups
🥚 *Join the Cigarette Butts Collecting Challenge:* for every gram collected, you will receive chocolate Easter eggs! For example, 50 grams cigarette butts = 50 grams of Easter eggs 🍫👉 Bring your own creative apparatus/tools to collect cigarette butts. Be creative!!
