Every month BrownCow presents up to 4 pitch decks to 20+ angel investors and the Rabobank . These business plans are handly picked, the entrepeneurs thoroughly prepped and after two four hour sessions carefully selected by two of BrownCow's best funding experts.

BrownCow officially launched the Herd through the Dutch Financieel Dagblad (http://fd.nl/ondernemen/1126700/old-boys-storten-zich-op-start-ups) and Sprout (http://www.sprout.nl/artikel/nieuwsupdate/old-boys-startups-airbnb-paait-zakenreiziger?utm_medium=Email&utm_source=nieuwsbrief-sprout&utm_campaign=nbr_20151113), last November. Five post-startups made the cut since. All have been invited by one or more investors to further explore funding possibilities.

The Herd consits of serious angel investors like ex-Sligro CEO Abel Slippens, Healthcare entrepreneur Loek Winter, Founder of SaaS fund Value Creation Capital Aldebert Wiersinga and others of their likes.

The Herd aims at:

• (post)-startups with a minimum revenue of €100k last year
• minimum of 2 management FTE
• scalable business model
• funding need between €200k and €1 mio
• pitch deck

Every second and third Wednesday of the month, the prep-sessions take place from 10.00-14.00 in Amsterdam. With one goal, and one goal only: to prep and select the cream of the crop, so they get funded.
