Living with chronic pain, fatigue, or long-term health challenges can make daily life feel unpredictable and overwhelming. Many people find themselves stuck in a “boom and bust” pattern: doing too much on better days, then needing extended time to recover.

In this live webinar, we’ll explore practical, supportive ideas for working more gently and sustainably with your energy. Topics may include:

  • common patterns that can contribute to overexertion and crashes
  • the role stress and the nervous system can play in day-to-day wellbeing
  • pacing, self-awareness, and other non-medical strategies for managing energy more sustainably
  • ways to build more steadiness, meaning, and self-compassion in everyday life

Hosted by Federica, an ICF-certified coach with lived experience of chronic illness, this session is designed to offer a thoughtful introduction to a supportive coaching perspective for people navigating chronic conditions.
