Sign up in 2 steps:

You can sign up via whatsapp if you been to the Friday event before
Note 1: you cannot join if you don’t know 4-out or 5-out offence motion
Note 2: please don’t wait until last minute with pm’s. On Friday I work until 7pm, so I cannot always reply on Fridays.

This is the falicity of the Dutch National teams, so professional court and rims.

We have the Center court on the wooden floor.
Shower and toilet are present.
Pay before the game

Normally we are with 18 people in total, but for this Friday we have few spots open.

We will make 3 teams of 7 players.
We start at 20:30 sharp. Try to be there at 20:00, so you can warm up.
The court is available from 20:30pm. We make teams at 20:25. The game starts after 20:30pm. We continue until 22:00pm.

To be able to participate you must master at least the basic fundamentals:
*You know how to pass the ball (on the chest)
*You know how to dribble without looking at the ball
*You know how to box out your man during rebound
*You know the basic defense stance and slide (Starting on your toes with your knees bent and hips low).
*You know the basic offence plays: continuous passing and simple movement, cuts and screens
