About us

This is a facilitated support space for anyone navigating loss.

The loss of someone loved, a relationship, a place, a stage of life, or a version of yourself.
These are paid, coach-facilitated sessions, not peer support or a self-led sharing circle.

The space is intentionally held and guided by a qualified coach to ensure safety, depth, and continuity. We meet to share, listen, reflect, and be supported — not to fix or rush anything.
Grief takes time, and being witnessed in a held space can make the path feel lighter.

What to expect:

  • a safe, confidential space
  • gentle guided reflections and grounding practices
  • space to speak or simply listen — both are welcome
  • support through loss, transition, and renewal
  • not therapy, not clinical

You are welcome as you are, with sadness, confusion, numbness, anger, relief, uncertainty, hope, or anything in between.

There is no pressure to share; your presence is enough.

Community guidelines:

  • If you RSVP, please attend. Please update as needed.
    • Please cancel at least 1 day before the event whenever possible.
    • If you need to cancel within 24 hours of an event, please reach out to me .
  • After two late cancellations or no-shows without notice, you will be removed from the community.
  • Please be present at both online and in-person events.
  • Be kind and respectful. 🤍
  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the group.

By participating in any of the online and / or in person events, you acknowledge your own responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

If you are currently experiencing severe depression, suicidal ideation, psychosis, or are under intensive psychiatric treatment, participation is not advised without consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
