This is a support space for anyone navigating loss. The loss of someone loved, a relationship, a place, a stage of life, or a version of yourself.
We meet to share, listen, reflect, and support each other, not to fix or rush anything. Grief takes time, and being witnessed can make the path feel lighter.
What to expect:
a safe, confidential space
gentle guided reflections and grounding practices
space to speak or simply listen — both are welcome
support through loss, transition, and renewal
not therapy, not clinical
You are welcome as you are, with sadness, confusion, numbness, anger, relief, uncertainty, hope, or anything in between.
There is no pressure to share; your presence is enough.
