What we’re about

This is a support space for anyone navigating loss. The loss of someone loved, a relationship, a place, a stage of life, or a version of yourself.

We meet to share, listen, reflect, and support each other, not to fix or rush anything. Grief takes time, and being witnessed can make the path feel lighter.

What to expect:

  • a safe, confidential space
  • gentle guided reflections and grounding practices
  • space to speak or simply listen — both are welcome
  • support through loss, transition, and renewal
  • not therapy, not clinical

You are welcome as you are, with sadness, confusion, numbness, anger, relief, uncertainty, hope, or anything in between.

There is no pressure to share; your presence is enough.

Navigating Grief and Loss - Online Session

Online

This online event is designed for anyone carrying loss. The loss of someone loved, a relationship, a home or country, a stage of life, a dream, or a part of yourself.

You’re welcome whether your loss is recent or long ago, clear or hard to name.

We gather to share, listen, and reflect together in a small circle. There is no advice-giving and no pressure to speak — being present is enough.

This is not a therapy session, but a space of mutual support, presence, and companionship through the quiet work of grief.

What to expect

  • warm welcome & introductions
  • a gentle reflection prompt, grounding exercise
  • time for sharing and listening
  • closing check-out

Who is this for?
Anyone in Amsterdam who is seeking support, understanding, and shared presence while navigating loss or life transitions.

Cost
This meetup is free to attend. If you feel supported by the space and would like to contribute, optional donations are welcome .

About me
I’m Zorka, a group facilitator and coach who guides people through loss, transition, and emotional processing. I hold space gently and steadily, believing that grief doesn’t need to be carried alone, being witnessed can help us breathe again.

Important
This is not therapy or crisis support.
If you feel you need professional help, I’m happy to share resources.

Practicalities

  • You’re welcome to bring a notebook, a warm drink, or something that grounds you, during the session,
  • I will send the link before our session,
  • Please arrive on time so we can begin together,
  • Confidentiality is expected — what’s shared in the circle stays in the circle :)

You are welcome as you are.
There is no right way to grieve, only your way, and we can walk a little of that path together.
