ZoMindful is an Amsterdam-based center for mindfulness training & education. We offer various options to follow an English mindfulness course in Amsterdam. Because all our trainers are trained in the highest category 1 and registered with the VMBN and the Mindfulness Register, reimbursement from a Dutch health insurance might be possible.

During this 8 week mindfulness course you will learn step by step to master the skill of mindfulness. Prior experience is not required.

Duration
8 sessions of 2 hours and 15 minutes and a free intake of 30 min before the start. During the telephone intake we assess together whether the training fits with what you are looking for.

Costs
We deliberately choose affordable rates to make a mindfulness course affordable for everyone, without compromising on quality. The course is given by a certified and highest category 1 trained trainer.

Pay
€389,- Without health insurance reimbursement or
€409,- With health insurance reimbursement
(in this case you only pay between €0,- and €125,-) or
€489,- If employer pays (VAT will be added if the employer pays)

Prices include all course materials.
Optional: half day of silence €29,-
