Many of us carry a quiet question: 𝘿𝙤 𝙄 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜?

To my family. To this country. To my work. To the people I love.
When that answer feels out of reach, life gets louder but emptier.
We keep moving, but don’t feel met. We’re “fine,” but not at home.

In this systemic circle, we’ll slow down and look, with care.
We’ll meet what was excluded, restore order where it slipped, and let you take your place - at home in your family, in the wider world, and inside yourself.

Through family constellations, gentle movement, experiential exercises, and guided reflection, so you can:
• recognise the systemic roots of disconnection and over-adaptation
• reclaim parts of you that were parked to “fit in”
• build an embodied sense of home that travels with you, wherever you are

🌍 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀
𝙇𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙮𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙚, and 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝙙𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙩 are not about “confidence.” They’re the residue of a system where someone (or something) was missing. You may hear yourself in these truths:
