Join this bittersweet half-day retreat to embrace and integrate all sides of yourself, blending experiences like microdosing, movement, and meditation.
✨What to expect:
In this unique gathering, we will acknowledge the powerful dualities within ourselves: light & shadow, masculine & feminine, confrontation & compassion, the worldly & the spiritual, joy & sadness. In short, what we like to call the bittersweet.Rather than avoiding or fixing what feels uncomfortable, we’ll guide you to explore, embrace, and integrate these parts of yourself through mindful and joyful experiences supported by various tools like plant medicine, meditation, and movement.
By the end of the day, you’ll have tools and experiences to help you soften the noise of your mind, reconnect to the wisdom of your body, and listen more to the whispers of your heart.
✨How we’ll do this:
Over the course of about 5 hours, you’ll join a small group of like-minded souls, and you will explore life holistically, examining three interconnected parts: mind, body, and heart.
Each aspect invites a different way of experiencing yourself.You’ll be guided through a variety of carefully crafted experiences and practices designed to be simple in structure, yet profound in impact:

🧠Examining thoughtsTo further explore the balance in dualities, we will aim for equal distribution of male and female participants in the event. When men and women come together with presence and intention, there is an opportunity for something even more powerful to happen.
