## What we’re about

Hi there,

My name is Vanessa O'Neill and I am currently training to become a holosomatic energy therapist with Innercamp.

As part of one of my journey in becoming a holosomatic energy therapist, I've been given the beautiful opportunity to host a healing circle.

This circle which I like to call the 'Rest and Reset' circle will gently explore the theme of grounding.

In a world where slowing down feels wrong, genuine connection is rare and feeling overwhelmed has become the norm, this healing circle offers a gentle alternative.

You're invited into a compassionate and accepting space, one where you can step away from the noise and busyness of daily life and take some well needed time for yourself to rest and reset.

What to expect:
A welcoming space with no pressure, no expectations, just presence,
Breathwork and grounding exercises,
Guided reflection and optional journaling,
Optional heartfelt sharing and connection,
Moments of still and soft restoration.

By the end of our time together, my hope is that you'll feel rested, gently reset and more connected with yourself and what truly matters to you.
