Grab (y)our shoes and run!

Hi all!

The weather is great, it's a beautiful city and it's even prettier when you're running!

Everyone's welcome in our group - pace differs between 12k/hour (up to 15!) and about 9 kms. Fear not: you won't get lost. Plus it means you can build up your speed/fitness level if needed. So if you're worried you can't keep up: just come around and give it a go. We never leave you wondering where to go! And the faster runners sweep.

Where we meet: in front of Parkzuid - location on Google Maps, please click on the location link to the right to be sure where we meet. The Vondelpark entrance opposite the Vondelkerk is close, you can already see us from there. We're right next to that little pink statue.

Where we go: Vondelpark-Rembrandtpark-Vondelpark (most times), or towards the Olympic Stadium (occasionally).

If you'd like to stay for a drink afterwards (at the blauwetheehuis.nl bring some coins, as it's not included :)

PS There's no storage space that we know of -- take a small backpack or tie a jacket around your waist :-)
