I warmly invite you to join us for Reflect & Renew, a focused 2-hour workshop designed to move beyond surface-level goals and into deep, meaningful self-exploration.

Unlike our regular free meetups, this is a structured workshop limited to a small group to ensure personal attention. Utilizing a narrative approach, we will help you make sense of your personal story from the past year and actively design the next one.

In our 2-hour time together, you can expect:

• The Year in Review: We won’t just "look back." We will use guided narrative exercises to honor your challenges, celebrate your resilience, and harvest the lessons from your story.
• Designing What’s Next: Through creative visualization and values-based exercises, you will identify what truly matters to you—not what society tells you should matter.
• Intention Setting: We will create "micro-commitments" that are realistic, aligned with your values, and built to last.
• Deep Connection: Engage in an optional sharing circle where you can connect through meaningful stories, or simply listen and hold space for others.
• Grounding: We will wrap up with a gentle mindfulness practice to start our upcoming year with clarity and intention.

Who is this for? This is for you if you are tired of rushing into the new year without a plan, or if you feel you need to slow down and approach life with intention.
You do not need to be a writer or a creative personjust willing to show up for yourself.

• The Venue: We will gather in a private, cozy space atmosphere (Location details provided upon booking).
  This intimate setting creates a safe sanctuary for our work.
• What to bring: A notebook and pen.
• Optional: A small object that represents a quality or dream you want to welcome into the new year.
