Why this matters: AI can already turn conversations into code—but the real question is: what’s worth building? This session is about exploring that boundary together, testing ideas quickly, and seeing how far today’s tools can really take us.

• Varsha Prasad (IdeaCompass) — Innovation facilitator & strategist. Runs hands-on workshops using Design Thinking, Service Design, and Design Sprints to align teams and turn bold ideas into concrete strategies.
