Join us for an engaging and transformative 4-hour workshop designed to help you discover the power of your voice and body expression. We invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment through this unique exploration of body & communication. Weโ€™d like you to experience with us how LIGHT, EASY communication can be & experience how a strong voice looks like.

Our goal will be to connect to our own voices, bodies and to each other & play & explore these together

4-hour practice-based session (with shorter breaks + Q & A)

This introductory workshop will focus on specific aspects of voice & body work. Weโ€™ll provide insights into improving vocal and physical presence by different exercises, games & practical tools (which can be implemented in everyday life).

Youโ€™ll meet the following topics:
โ€“ BODYWORK, body awareness, experimenting with the borders of the body & directions, grounding
โ€“ FOCUS & concentration exercises
โ€“ IMAGINATION : How imagination can help us stay in focus and do our best
โ€“ VOICE: vocal warm-up & warm-up of the facial muscles, the tongue โ€“ everything required for light communication
