This group is designed for you if you’ve tried verbal therapy, CBT, somatic work, yoga, and nutrition, and still don’t feel better. The pain remains. Fibroids continue growing. PMS or headache still hit hard.
You notice you hold your breath. You swallow your words. Your jaw is always clenched.
If you’re not satisfied with lifestyle changes or your doctor’s recommendations. If you feel there is something deeper — that your body holds something.
Or if you recognize patterns repeating through the women in your family.
If you don’t want to wait for a hysterectomy and are ready for real work, not a quick fix.
Maybe you take medication, but you know they don’t solve the root of the problem. You sense that fear or anger is trapped inside. Here, we work with the non-verbal — what is complex and cannot be put into words.Art therapy and systemic work bypasses the rational mind.
You don't need to understand your body intellectually. We don't talk about the tension. We draw it — then release it.
We work with emotional memories, sensory information, traumas stored in reproductive system and overall body-mind system. We will explore lack of trust to masculine inside you, suppressed anger. This work will be a part of separation from your family on a bodily level.***
