A Womanship Conversation with Nadia Eliseeva on Systemic Constellations

I'm passionate about promoting the incredible range of modalities that exist to support women’s wellbeing.

Therapies. Coaching approaches. Somatic work. Energy practices. Systemic methods.

And yet, for many of us, these approaches remain a mystery.

We know they exist.

We hear that they help people.

But we rarely understand what they actually involve or whether they might be relevant for us.

That curiosity is exactly what inspired this conversation.

Recently I experienced my own Systemic Constellation session, which offered a surprising new perspective on something that has been sitting heavily on my mind. If you’d like to read the reflection that came from that experience, you can find it here:

[Following Intuition When Self-Doubt Is Loud]

It reminded me how powerful it can be simply to explore something we don’t yet fully understand.

## What Are Systemic Constellations?

Systemic Constellations method combines the depth of psychology and system thinking with a very practical approach. Questioner — an individual with a specific request — gets to ask their question in a group or one-on-one setting, and Representatives (or figures on the board) help reflect elements of their system (the subconscious).

The process is surprisingly visual: through sensations and interactions in the field, the hidden patterns that can shape our relationships, decisions and sense of direction in life are revealed.

Often the challenges we experience are not only about us as individuals, but also about the wider systems we are part of – families, workplaces and other relationships.

Constellation work offers a way to gently explore these dynamics and see them from a completely new perspective.

Many people describe the experience not as someone “telling them the answer,” but as suddenly recognising something they hadn’t been able to see before.

During this conversation we’ll explore how this process works and why it can sometimes unlock insights that traditional reflection alone cannot.

## Questions People Often Bring

People come to constellation work with questions such as:

🌀 Relationships

Why do I keep ending up in the same type of relationship?
How can I rebuild trust after a breakup?

🌀 Career or business challenges

Should I stay in my current role or start something new?
What might be blocking me from stepping into leadership?

🌀 Health and energy

Why do I feel constantly depleted?
What might my body be trying to tell me?

🌀 Life direction & creativity

I feel stuck and unsure what I want next.
How can I move forward with a project or dream that keeps stalling?
