Many women who support others rarely have spaces where they themselves can pause.
You hold space.
You guide.
You listen.
You carry.But who holds space for you?
The Womanship reTREAT was created as a space for the women who care for others to step back, restore their energy and reconnect with themselves.
In September 2026 we will gather a small group of women in the mountains of Andalusia, Spain for six days of rest, reflection and connection.
This is not a packed programme or professional training.
It is a pause.
A retreat designed for coaches, therapists, facilitators and women who spend much of their lives supporting others.
# What the Week Will Feel Like
Imagine waking up naturally.
No alarm.
No schedule to rush into.
Helping yourself to breakfast when you’re ready.
Long outdoor lunches.
Afternoons by the pool or in the surrounding hills.
Evenings of shared meals, storytelling and conversation under the Andalusian sky.
Some sessions will be gently guided.
Others will unfold naturally.
Because when women gather, something powerful happens.# What’s Included
• Six nights accommodation at Almond Hill House
• All meals throughout the retreat

• Daily yoga or gentle movement sessions
