Rhododendron Valley

A visit to the Rhododendron Valley.

We meet at the main entrance of the Amstelpark (Amsterdam). After a short introduction and an exchange of ideas we have a relaxed walk to the rhododendron area in the park. Feel free to go where-ever you want and photograph whatever you want. There are much more photo opportunities aside from the flowers.

The rhododendrons should mostly be in full bloom and you will have many ways of capturing them. From the small and detailed using your macro lens to the full area colours using a wide lens. If you have a flash light I recommend bringing it since it extends your possibilities a lot. And don't be shy of bringing a tripod.

After some time, maybe an hour, we retreat and relax at the cafe having a drink and talk photography.
