In this presentation I will talk about how and why our team within Adyen is moving closer to the bazaar model. I will use Eric S. Raymond’s ’The Cathedral and the Bazaar’ as reference and will point to which lessons we adopted, which ones may be less relevant for us and which ones we are still striving to adopt.
