Testing our applications with Unit tests sometimes is not enough to validate the correct behavior during runtime, End-to-end tests can have a slow feedback cycle and Integration tests does not ensure that downstream or upstream services will interact correctly with our applications.

With this talk, I will introduce you to the concept of Contract tests, what problem do they solve and how they can fit in your automated testing strategy. There will be a small demo which hopefully will inspire you to adopt this testing strategy.
