Abstract:
I started my work life as a salesman. Since then, the biggest bullies I had to deal with, have always been the developers. In this very honest talk; I'll try to explain why I recently and deliberately chose to follow down a management track with data I gathered along the way. I'll also point out some obvious hints you might have missed to decide which path you want to follow. Whether you're a seasoned engineer looking for a new challenge, or a recent graduate trying to figure out where to focus your career, this talk will provide you some different aspects.
