This HYROX Simulation is for the ones who have a basic understanding of the HYROX race format and want to experience the full sequence: 1 km runs alternating with functional workout stations.
It’s ideal if you haven’t raced yet, want to test your fitness in a realistic setup, or are preparing for an upcoming race and want to refine your approach.

### Start times

3:00 PM: Athlete Briefing (Arrive on time!)
3:20 PM: Start Heat 1
3:35 PM: Start Heat 2

### Please note

  • We’re swapping the sled pull for sled drag and replacing sandbag lunges with dumbbell lunges.
  • After registration, we’ll email you for your estimated race time so we can place you in the appropriate heat.
  • This event is set up for the HYROX Open Category, with an option to go PRO.
