Experience Introductory teachings of Mindfulness Meditation.
No experience needed. Learn about beginning level and introductory practices. Format will include some talk about the practice, a 20 minute meditation experience of each topic along with a Q&A period to help clarify the practices.

June 5 What is Mindfulness? (benefits behind the practice)
June 12 Mindfulness of Body (connect with body sensations)
June 19 Mindfulness of Thought (work with the thinking mind)
June 26 Mindfulness of Emotions (how to work with emotions)
