About this Event
If you’re interested in Real Estate investing, you probably know that buying a property at the right (low) price can make everything else easier – and increase your profits!
But where do you find a good deal, and how do you determine if it is a good deal?
Fast GTA House Buyer is a company that specializes in finding those deals, and sometimes partnering with other Real Estate investors.
Mario and his partners are focused on finding properties in the Great Toronto and surrounding areas.
Come to this Meetup to learn about how to look for the right property clues to make the right investing decision, how to approach potential leads, and how to crunch numbers to minimize risk and hassle.
The main topics will be:
• How do you look for the right property?
• How do you talk to new leads?
• How do you know if a specific house is a good investment?
• How do you get into an agreement with someone to buy their house?
• How do you safely assign a contract?

Our meeting will start at 7:00pm SHARP (doors will open at 6:30pm for networking), and end by 9:00pm.
Your first visit is FREE. Subsequent visits are $25 each.

- What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Due to the ongoing construction on Eglinton Avenue, please plan extra travel time.
If you are taking public transit, the major intersection is Eglinton & Mount Pleasant. TTC buses 34, 51, 54, 56, 334, and 354 stop right in front of the building. 11mins walk to Eglinton Subway Station.
If you are driving, street parking is available nearby.
