Bauke is an experience product manager with a focus on delivering analytics solutions for core banking products (loans / mortgages / savings). She enjoys the combination of designing customer oriented solutions with business stakeholders, solving analytical and data challenges and ensuring timely implementation of the solution.

Bauke will share the story of creating the Corporate Cockpit: a data driven tool that support Rabobank Account Managers in servicing their clients, by proving an estimate of the client potential and next product to buy suggestions. She will share the key success factors that that enabled the end-to-end development in only 6 months. Focussing on business collaboration, alignment with front-end and end-to-end responsibility.

Roy has been a data scientist at Pon Datalab for over four years. In his role as a data scientist at Pon, Roy engages with various companies and has contributed to a wide range of projects, all united by a shared goal: advancing the company's data-driven approach.

Roy will discuss the process through which Datalab identifies prospects for data-driven solutions and will provide an in-depth exploration of the purchasing planning project. This project's primary objective is to enhance the purchasing planning strategy while minimizing alterations to the existing plan. Furthermore, Roy will address the crucial involvement of business stakeholders and the challenges encountered during project delivery

Marina is working as a Machine Learning Scientist at Booking.com. In her Data Science & Machine Learning career, she has had the opportunity to work with different teams to identify opportunities and bring machine learning solutions to production. She enjoys the balance of diving into technical implementations and the close collaboration with stakeholders.

Despite the crucial role of acquiring quality data and the technical knowledge needed for building machine learning models, this alone does not ensure project success. In her presentation, Marina will share some of the best practices she has applied and the lessons she has learned to ensure building the right products at the right time. She will provide insights into iterative approaches that promote collaboration between technical data teams and the business, laying the foundation for more impactful solutions.
