Offered on a donation basis. We'll chant and meditate and share some good satsang (fellowship). For all levels of meditators. All of Ananda Cincinnati's Sunday meditations are a good opportunity for beginners to come and learn a time-tested and simple, yet very effective and profound, meditation technique. For those already comfortable with meditating, our gatherings are a great way to energize your practice with the benefits of group meditation.
