This spiritual family gathering offers a wonderful opportunity to ignite this spirit of inner exploration in your children!

Each month, families gather to learn and experience the art of joyful and purposeful living. Together, we engage in guided yoga, meditation, chanting, inspirational stories, affirmations, prayer, and playful uplifting activities. These practices help children and families feel more connected to a higher consciousness while encouraging them to explore deeper aspects of their inner selves.

Our focus is on each child’s personal experience of universal spiritual truths such as kindness, compassion, empathy, honesty, love, generosity, and courage. Through this, we aim to show that happiness grows as we expand our awareness and embrace ever-wider realities. We foster open discussions and answer children’s questions about spiritual truths. Through experiential learning, children discover how expansive thoughts, feelings, and actions can increase their own happiness and well-being.
