Farm to Table Dinner at Ananda Valley Farm

Celebrate the bounty of summer at Ananda Valley Farm. Join us for a unique culinary experience at the farm — a gourmet Farm-to-Table banquet. All food will be lovingly prepared with fresh produce from the farm and filled with vital prana.

This evening we will enjoy an Italian feast that includes (and perhaps more based on seasonal harvest) :

Homemade Sourdough with Herbed Butter
Green Goddess Risotto with Summer Veggies
Roasted Beet Carpaccio
Swiss Chard with Stewed Navy Beans

Welcome drinks and appetizers served at the product shop at 4pm. Food service starting at 4:30pm
