A special breathwork space for those who support others.
Whether you're a coach, therapist, healer, or guide—this monthly session is designed to help you reconnect with your breath, restore your energy, and realign with your purpose. Held every first Sunday of the month, it's a gentle yet powerful opportunity to pause, reset, and receive.

No prior experience with breathwork is needed—just bring yourself, a quiet space, and an open heart.

Open Breathwork Session Guidelines
Environment: Ensure you're in a quiet space with a stable internet connection.
Preparation: Have an eye-mask, headphones, water, and a notebook ready. Be in a relaxed position, either lying down or comfortably seated.
Physical Needs: Stay mindful of your physical condition. Breathwork can be demanding, so take care of your body and stay well-hydrated.
Timing: No one will be admitted once the breathwork exercise starts.
Camera and Voice: You can choose to have your camera off during the exercise, but you're encouraged to share your voice at the beginning and end of the session.
Energy Exchange: Be mindful about the flow of energy and ensure a balanced exchange. Appreciation, generosity, and gratitude (in any form: money, testimonial, referral) help keep the energy harmonious and beneficial for everyone involved.
