Voice of Your Bones:A Seiðr Retreat for Vocal Unearthing & Ancestral Remembrance

Join us in the Star Valley of Wyoming for Voice of Your Bones, a 4-day immersive retreat devoted to ancestral voicework, Nordic seiðr (trance practice), and the sacred act of remembering who you are beneath conditioning and silence.

This is not a performance retreat or singing workshop, it's a ritual container. Through staff work (more on my website), guided trance, ancestral connection, and deep listening, you will begin to unearth the voice of your bones, the sound that lives beneath your story, shaped by lineage, loss, and longing.

Together, we will call it forward with reverence. And some irreverence.
Whether you’re experienced in spiritual work, or shamanism, or trance work, or are newly on the path, this retreat is for those feeling the pull to reclaim their intuitive voice and awaken a deeper relationship with their inner knowing, the land, and the unseen.

This is also an ideal retreat for anyone who works with sound healing in any form. This retreat can help you claim your voice so you may include vocal sound healing in your practice.

What to Expect:

• Daily Seiðr Practices: Guided journeys, vocal trance, and staff-based ritual.
• Voicework: Exercises to reclaim your authentic soul sound, not performance, but presence.
• Ancestral Connection: Practices to root into your Nordic/Celtic lineages or soul ancestry.
• Ritual & Reflection: Solo time, group circles, and grief-honoring practices.
• Nourishment & Rest: Communal meals, spaciousness, and time on the land.

Held in a private home in Afton, Wyoming, surrounded by mountains, the valley, and a quiet stream. This gathering is intentionally intimate and small. I am only accepting 8-11 participants.
