This group focuses on training evidence based self defense and physical aptitude as well as a philosophical approach to life and wellbeing.

We meet twice monthly for a four hour intensive and keep the group small for greater individual attention with a cap of ten students.

This class is for adults and, although no experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome, prospective students must schedule a phone interview with the instructor prior to class.

About the instructor: Nhan is a professional martial artist with over 40 years of practice and 25 years of teaching experience. He specializes in Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do and has a background in Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Soo Bak Do, Jiu-jitsu, submission wrestling, and WWII combatives. Nhan also has over 25 years experience in strength and conditioning and natural movement as well as an extensive background in the medical industry focusing on anti-aging and sports medicine.
