Sonic Sauna 02: Shamanic Sound Journey with the Elements

Sonic Sauna is a monthly sound medicine experience led by Diviner Quinn LeFae & Sound Wizard Nate Powers at Psanctum Thrift on 2nd Thursdays!

Every month will have a unique theme, and every sound journey will be different!

The theme for this month is: "Shamanic Journey". This experience features a candle-lit space, elemental breathwork, chakra clearing practice, guided shamanic journey meditation & sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, live ambient soundscapes & more! Throughout the sound bath shamanic energy clearing tools such as rattles, feathers & hydrosols will be used to assist the transmutation of energy in the space. We will end the journey with time for tea & group connection.

It's recommended to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session as this is necessary self care while doing energy work. You may wish to bring a journal to make notes of any insights you have during the session. It's also recommended to bring extra comfy support for yourself to assist you in sitting for a long session such as yoga mats or back jacks. We provide floor pillows.

About this Event Series:

Sonic Sauna aims to share tools to bring more harmony into day to day life as well as cultivate deeper connections with the more-than-human realm through a diverse spectrum of consciousness work & healing modalities.

Some modalities we'll be experiencing & practicing in these group sessions include sound bath therapy, energy medicine, guided meditation, focused group intent, group ritual, divination, somatic release & nervous system regulation practices.
