Introverts are often defined as people who get their energy from being in their own company, having time to ‘recharge’ and may appear withdrawn or shy. Alternatively, extroverted people get their energy from being around others and appear as very talkative and popular among peers. While many people assume that they only fit one label or the other, research suggests that most people are actually ambiverts who hold both both introverted and extroverted personality traits.

How would you categorize yourself? Do you think socio-demographical factors influence whether people are more likely to hold either personality traits? How do you think being an introvert vs an extrovert impacts daily life, from our relationships to our career growth?
