Sea Kayak Trip Chenega Bay To Whittier

There is direct ferry service to Chenega Bay from Whittier on May 21st.

Ferry ride cost with kayak:
My best calculation for a non senior citizen is $85.00.
My best calculation for a senior citizen is $71.00.

We would have the following schedule:
Whittier to Chenega Bay May 21st: Depart 12:30 p.m. arrive 5:30 p.m.
The paddle time to Decision Point would be 9 paddling days.
Estimate 12 to 15 miles per day.
Carry 13 days of food because of potential weather delays.

Must have at least intermediate paddling skills.
Sea kayak 16 feet or longer.
Have a dry suit and all other necessary paddling gear.
Must be completely self sufficient with regards to camping gear,
tent, stove gas, food, etc.
Experience paddling and camping in Prince William Sound useful
but not necessary.

Because of limited camping space will be keeping this to a maximum of 4 people.
