Taiji for Health is a structured, progressive introduction to Chen-style Taijiquan designed by Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei for adults who are new to the practice or returning after time away. Each session moves through the Chen 18 Essence form in manageable steps, building coordination, balance, and body awareness at a pace that respects where you are. The class follows a repeating cycle of learning and refinement, so there is always something new to work toward and something deeper to discover even if you already know the section we are focusing on. No prior experience is necessary.
