## Exploring the Higher Purpose of Wisdom Teachings
## Event Overview
The primary objective of the Trained Observers seed group is to dispel glamour and illusion on the emotional-astral plane and bring “light into dark places”.
This allows the "truth" and events to be clearly seen and known and is closely connected with the Hierarchy's task of the dissipation of world illusion. As the Trained Observer becomes more skilled in this work, he is able to employ “right observation” of events and situations and have the capacity to withdraw himself from the "center of activity". An example of the Trained Observer in today’s world is the activity of the Journalist. This can be a professional pundit, news broadcaster, or private individual on a blog site. The Trained Observer takes thought-forms already in the national conversation and openly discusses them dispassionately or objectively with the intention of presenting facts about a person or situation using various technologies: e.g. TV, Social media and the Internet.
### David Hopper
David E. Hopper has been a student of esotericism, also called the Ageless Wisdom since 1980. He has presented to groups expressing various forms of the Wisdom Teachings in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, and Russia. In 2009, he completed esoteric studies with the Arcane School from the teachings of Alice Bailey and Helena Blavatsky.
He currently serves as a faculty member for the Morya Federation, an online Esoteric school, and makes presentations at the Seven Ray Conference.
