What's New in Android L

Lots of new stuff came out of Google I/O. Android everywhere, basically. We'll be chatting about the new version, L, and some of the new platforms (wear, car, etc).

Welcome & talks will start at 7:15pm!

• Chuck from Mapzen will talk about material design, lock screen display, and public and private visibility. We'll also explore the funky side of notifications in Android L.

• Mikhail & Paddy from Touch Lab will be talking about new features of L. They'll be going over scheduling jobs and Material Design elements.

• Arun Nagarajan, Tech Lead - Developer Platform at Google, will present "Android L, the Recents screen and your app!" Android L Preview allows your app to open more tasks as needed for additional concurrent activities for documents. This session will walk through the key use cases and code changes.

• Our own Dario from HTC will be talking about Project Volta.
