Android Development Workshop for Beginners

Hello everyone,

It has been a while since we did an event but 2020 will be different.

We will start this year by collaborating with a partner Meetup group "Göteborg Android Development" by giving an Android workshop for beginners.

So, on February 20, we will be hosting an Android workshop for beginners.

The workshop is targeted to people with little to no experience in Android. We will be creating from scratch a modified version of the västtrafik app using Kotlin language.

You will be learning concepts such as:

• Version control
• Kotlin
• Android best practices
• Architectural patterns
• REST API
• Command line
• Git
• Android studio
• Debugging and Troubleshooting

If you have knowledge on topics like for-loops, if statements, methods, and variables; then you are good for this course.

The workshop is from 13:00 to 19:30 at a cost of 300 kr and food will be provided
