The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year — a gateway of light, transformation, and renewal.
For thousands of years, ancient civilizations have honored the Sun as the source of life, clarity, and divine guidance.
By moving in rhythm with its power, we awaken our inner fire, align with cosmic energy, and receive new vision for the journey ahead.

What to expect:
• 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar)
• Breathwork to ignite your will & power
• Meditation & Energy Transmission (channeling)
• Ritual of gratitude to the Sun God
• Symbolic offering to Horus, the Falcon

Where & When:
We meet at 8 PM at Loorenkopf (Zürich), around the Falcon statue.
🅿️ Parking is available along the road.
🚶‍♀️ You can also reach us by public transport. Expect a short walk through the forest!

Please bring:
• Yoga mat & small cushion
• Comfortable long clothing & warm layer (hoodie or jacket)
• Mosquito repellent
• A symbolic offering to Horus (e.g. a crystal, candle, incense, feather, flower, bird seeds…)
