Welcome to A New You — a friendly community that’s all about living well together! We meet regularly to connect, learn, and grow through practical, evidence-based health and lifestyle activities that nurture body, mind, and spirit.
What we do:
Monthly Walking Club – Enjoy scenic walks with good company while improving your fitness and mood. Great for all fitness levels!
Monthly Cooking Club – Learn how to prepare simple, affordable, and delicious whole-food meals. Taste, laugh, and take home recipes that heal and energise.
Group Wellbeing & Exercise Programs – Join group fitness sessions, wellness challenges, and lifestyle medicine workshops that make healthy living fun and sustainable.
Free Community Health Screenings – Access free checks for blood pressure, glucose, BMI, and more—because prevention is better than cure.
Lifestyle Education & Support – Discover how small daily habits can bring big changes. From nutrition and stress management to sleep and social connection, we cover all aspects of whole-person health.
