## During this 75-minute one-on-one session, Kelly will receive the ancestor’s story through automatic writing, creating a safe and reflective container for your experience. You, as the client, will remain comfortably seated, grounded and present—observing sensations, emotions, and impressions as they arise. You’re encouraged to notice what resonates and to capture words, images, or feelings that emerge.
