Joanna Bristow-Watkins will be hosting the meeting and will outline the lesser known ancient Egyptian philosophies, known as Khemitology, and demonstrate how they can be applied in everyday life.

This mini-workshop will feature:

  • Why Ancient Egypt was called Khem
  • How Khemitology reflects indigenous tribal philosophies
  • Ways in which Khemitology differs from Egyptology
  • Discovering the potency of using authentic Egyptian deity names
*The five stages in the Khemitian cycle of life
*The additional perceptions available to us beyond sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell

Joanna Bristow-Watkins spent over 15 years in senior management specialising in customer care and training. Driven by a desire for greater inner peace, she overcame her initial scepticism of energy healing to become a practitioner and teacher of Egyptian Healing and a leader of spiritual pilgrimages. Several trips to Egypt guided Joanna to Hakim, an indigenous oral tradition keeper of Khemitology (Egyptology according to the tribal elders), which he taught to Joanna. For more about Joanna see her Harmony Healing (http://www.harmonyhealing.co.uk) website.

Attendees to our 13th August Meet-up will also get a mini aura reading from Joanna to ascertain their priority at that time. Monday 12th August is the Day of the Light of Aset (Isis). On this day Aset (Isis) is celebrated with all forms of light including sun worship, during the day and candles at night. Interesting that it is very close to the date of the Roman Festival of Diana (varies 11th-13th August though mostly shown as the 13th), which no doubt was a development from the Egyptian Festival. In the afternoon (3-5pm) there is an optional leyline walk from Charing Cross to St Paul's (£11 in advance), see https://www.meetup.com/angels-58/events/263075066/
