Open House New York: Organ Concert

Once a year, hundreds of locations across the city throw open their doors to celebrate all the things that make New York City so special. And of course, the Church of the Transfiguration is one of them!

Our weekend of special events kicks off with an Organ Concert by Dr. Claudia Dumschat, our Director of Music, performing some best-loved organ pieces on our magnificent Fisk organ.

The whole weekend will include numerous tours and special events to celebrate the church's 175th Anniversary, as well as the 100th Anniversary of the Episcopal Actors' Guild and the opening of Houghton Hall Arts Community.
