Ionic is an open-source framework for building high-performance, native-like mobile and web apps using web technologies. This presentation will cover its benefits for building PWAs and mobile apps, key features, and real-world examples.

Starting with BBC BASIC and 6502 assembler in the 80s as a youngster, I've been programming properly for over 25 years. Moving from C through C++, VB, Java, VB.NET, and now largely settling on JavaScript and PHP, I regard myself as a "full stack" developer. I love solving problems and always try to find a solution that fits closest with what the end user wants. I've been a development manager and technical director, but those roles weren't for me. So I'm building a solution that puts smiles on people's faces. Producing good tech that makes people happy is where I find my joy.
